Personal data rights
Your rights and what happens when you make a request.
Updated
Pre-launch draft. Details in parentheses must be completed before purchases open.
Rights you may exercise
Under the GDPR, you can request access to your information and a copy, correction of inaccuracies, erasure where the conditions apply, or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and have an unconditional right to object to direct marketing.
For eligible information processed automatically on the basis of consent or a contract, you may request a portable copy. You can withdraw consent at any time. These rights are subject to their legal conditions; information required for legal obligations or claims may still need to be retained.
Making a request
Send your request to clothesupport@gmail.com, or write to (registered company name and legal form) at (registered office and full management address). Contact telephone: (contact telephone number). Include the email associated with your account, the right you wish to exercise and enough information to identify the relevant records. An order reference can help; never include passwords or full card details.
We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. We will not routinely require an identity-document copy when a less intrusive method is sufficient. You do not have to purchase anything or create a new account to make a request.
Response time and charges
We will respond without undue delay and normally within one month of receiving a request. Where permitted, complex or numerous requests may require up to two additional months; we will tell you within the first month and explain why.
Requests are normally free. A charge or refusal is possible only in the limited circumstances allowed by law, such as demonstrably unfounded or excessive requests. Any refusal will include an explanation and information about complaint and judicial remedies.
Your account and complaints
Where available, your account lets you view orders and update your profile or addresses. Editing a profile or signing out does not automatically delete order, accounting or other legally required records.
You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority, including in the EU country where you live or work. You do not need to finish our support process first.
